TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
SPMO S.A., a Luxembourg-based limited company located at 8 rue des Trois Cantons, L-8354 Garnich ("Superticket"), registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number B192617, VAT number LU32194633, provides an online platform accessible via superticket.lu (the "Platform") allowing individuals ("User" or collectively "Users") to purchase or reserve tickets ("Tickets") for various events offered directly by professional partners ("Partners").
These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern the contractual relationship between Superticket and the User related to the use of the Platform.

Article 1. Acceptance of the Terms
The User acknowledges having read and unconditionally accepts these T&C by checking the provided box during registration or purchase on the Platform.
Article 2. Purpose
These T&C outline the conditions under which Superticket provides the User with a platform to purchase and reserve Tickets for events organized by its Partners.
Article 3. Price, Payment, and Refund
3.1. Ticket prices are set by the Partners. Prices displayed on the Platform include VAT and are indicated in euros.
3.2. Payments are made directly on the Platform via credit card or gift card through the secured Digiteal system.
3.3. Once the order is validated, Tickets cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the Partner. Specific conditions from the Partner may apply.
3.4. In case of event cancellation or rescheduling, the Partner defines refund or postponement terms. Superticket may manage these refunds upon the Partner's request but does not assume liability for the event.
Article 4. Access and Platform Use
4.1. Creating a user account is not mandatory for Platform use. Users may purchase directly as guests or by creating an individual account if desired.
4.2. Users who create an account commit to providing accurate information and keeping it updated.
4.3. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and must immediately notify Superticket of any suspected unauthorized use.
Article 5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. Superticket acts solely as an intermediary and disclaims any liability related to the organization, conduct, or cancellation of events sold via the Platform.
5.2. Any claims related to events should be directed exclusively to the Partner organizing the event.
5.3. Superticket shall not be held liable for any non-performance or improper performance of obligations by the Partner or in case of force majeure.
Article 6. Personal Data
6.1. Personal data collected during registration or purchase on the Platform is solely used for order processing and transmitted to the respective Partner, who applies their own data protection policy.
6.2. Superticket uses this data strictly for service-related purposes and will not share it with third parties outside this scope.
6.3. According to GDPR, the User has rights to access, rectify, delete, and object to processing of personal data by contacting Superticket via email: [email protected].
Article 7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Article 8. Changes to the T&C
Superticket reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. Applicable T&C are those accepted at the time of purchase.
Article 9. Partial Invalidity
If any provision of these T&C is deemed invalid, this will not affect the validity of remaining provisions.
Article 10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These T&C are governed by Luxembourg law. The Luxembourg courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

- Providing the requested service (ticket purchases, registration management)
- Transmitting order information to the Partner organizing the event
- Sending transactional emails via Amazon SES (order confirmation, reminders, cancellations)
- Securing and optimizing the platform (protection via Cloudflare, fraud prevention)
- Analysis and monitoring of advertising campaign performance via Google Analytics and Google Ads
4. Data Retention Periods
- Order-related data: 5 years (accounting requirement)
- Transactional emails: 2 years
- IP addresses and technical security data: 6 months
- Backups: database 20 days, platform files 2 years
5. Data Recipients
Personal data is exclusively transmitted:
- To the event-organizing Partner, whose own data protection policy applies
- To Amazon SES for transactional email management
- To Google Analytics and Google Ads for advertising analysis and tracking
- To Cloudflare to ensure technical site security
Superticket does not use, share, or sell your data for any other purposes.
6. Data Security
We use Cloudflare as an application firewall to secure traffic and protect data against intrusion and cyberattacks. Connection logs are analyzed to prevent fraudulent activities and ensure data integrity.
7. User Rights
Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

- Objection to data processing
